also SCU shops are located in nice buildings in good neighborhoods where the coffee houses used to be, not in some scary places like other pot shops

....You have no proof. Growers might be suffering some growing pains but retail outlets are little affected by the supply/demand dynamics. Pot stores can do 4x the revenue/sq.ft that coffee shops can ...more
