Progressive report:
After reading this 13 page report I came to the conclusion this stock is next years story and beyond.You can trade it for the rest of this year for 10 or 15 cents,but why bother.For 2018 net income from $ 38.8 Million to $ 19.5 Million but 2019 to $ 54.9 Million from $ 50.6 Million.

The $38.8 million Net Income for last year was almost all from write-up of Circle assets. Operating income is steadily improving
