It also holds a portfolio of offshore petroleum exploration licenses (each a PEL), including a 15% limited carried interest in PEL 87; 10% limited carried interests in each of PELs 82 and 83, and a 10% limited carried interest in PEL 90. The Company also holds private participation interests of 25% unconventional (carried) and 100% conventional in the potential hydrocarbon resources of the 43,158 acres Valle Medio Magdalena 37 (VMM-37) Block in Colombia.

......if the numbers being toss around for Galp's 40% of PEL 83 are true- 20 billion plus - is it not then fair to say the actual value for 100% of PEL 83 would then be 50 Billion plus?- if so

Volume is the main thing. But also the size of bids. When you see some 50 to 150 k bids that is usually not retail. When they accumulate they also put large bids in say a nickel above the ask to make
