Is Exxon running from their obligations regarding the arbitrage from pulling out of Columbia, or has it always been in the cards, that Exxon was gonna buyout Sintana or buy some of their pels in Namibia?

Probably not, too many factors that has slowly been revealed, that Exxon didn't know about in the Colombia year, dunno if Galp and mopane was a huge surprise, but I think time has come for Exxon to give a little pay back to Sintana.......
