1. anyone who reads financials knows there is no money in sfm
2. some creditors lose patience and their timing is thier own, like that of this transfer agent
3. our unpaid management is working to get this done, the sale of the mxican project took forever but the timing is not related in back to back news. phillipine metals didnt coordinated their news to prove all is not lost in SFM LOL!
4. project risk remains same. huge upside but nothing guarenteed
5. when asked about tabbie's thoughts on gravitas deal, scott says its simple. they did not own the property, like it a lot and negotiated an option. SFM likes it a lot too, but doesnt need to earn-in if nothing is found in next drill campaign. same should appliy to tabbie's PJX, owning a property that you disprove by drillin doesnt carry much upside for shareholders either
