SilverFalcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) proudly reports that on July 28th,2011, The Company smelted 14 lbs. of super concentrate which resulted inits first555 grams (approximately 17 troy oz.'s) of Bullion Dore that was castand taken to a secure location for later shipment and sale to anoverseas refinery. This marks completion of the commissioning of itsDiamond Creek Mill facility in Murphy, Idaho and the start of regularproduction of Gold and Silver ingots as revenue producing material. Thisis a milestone for the Company, as well as for the War Eagle Mountainarea, which last reported precious metal smelting occurred over 100years ago.

The first Bullion Dore produced weighted 555 gramswith a 65% Gold (Au) and 35% Silver (Ag) content (view picture atwww.silverfalconmining.com). Smelting will nowcontinue on a regular basis and receipts from the refinery will beadded to SFMI's revenues and reported in their filings of 10-Qs and10-Ks. Once the Company's smelter building has been completed and otherequipment installed, SFMI will be pouring 40 lbs Bullion Dore bars.

Giventhe success of the Diamond Creek mill, management has decided to expandits size, both in the actual footprint and the production line. Effortsare underway to find and acquire a larger ball mill to be installed intandem with the existing production line, as well as another "FalconConcentrator" which will allow SFMI to more than double production inthe next twelve months.
