The Brazilian I find it amazing that after years of zip for share price appreciation, and dilution, there are people that are wild about the rich Brazilian investing in SFMI? At 4 cents the Brazilian could take down a lot of shares in a PP because they're ALWAYS done lower than the current share price. It's conceivable that after years of waiting current shareholders could be massivley diluted. Let's face it, unless it's worth it for the Brazilian then he's not going to bother and since he's a billionaire the deal is going to have to be extraordinarily good for him to make any difference at all to his bottom line. Insiders are usually compensated with lots of options in a deal, so no worries for them....
