Quick DD on SEC filings and I see registration to issue 87,500,000 shares.

Well  I'm  not  surprised.  They were authorized  in the incorporation articles to issue  up to  1 billion shares.   Look  aat the    Annual  Shareholders  Meeting posted on youtube.  Ask  yourself where the 20  M  raised was  used.  I  see about  100  k   invested
