Garick responds to Sphindog on point 5.

"5. The family still sits on the BOD. Why? I cannot think of one good answer...especially since Pierre already has a voting majority. Maybe I'm missing something...can someone help me out here. RK has said to me in writing and on the phone..DQ will be replaced and the TSX frowns on nepotism. So it's in the best interest of the board and us to send DQ back to the kitchen. "

So, the way I read this is that RK has been told that DQ can go but the kid stays. If so, shareholders should be insulted that going forward patronage will continue and the BEST people for the job will not be sought after. This is very discouraging as one would expect on a mining company that if you're not a financial professional, or such, you would want professionals with mining degrees and vast experience on the BOD. If the TSX frowns upon nepotism doesn't anyone think that both should go? Let's face it, if SFMI turns out to be a winner they'll both be well taken care of.

What SFMI needs are mining industry professionals with a lot of experience guiding the course. Further, the company has an obligation to their shareholders to hire the BEST people for the job. Maybe if SFMI had done so years ago the share price might be higher than 4 cents.

PS Don't shoot the messenger, RK simply reports what he's told. Guess who's telling him what to report.....
