This is a perfect example of....
how to give the golden shaft to every one of your shareholders. This company's directors have failed miserably over many years with false promises and failure to deliver.
Hell....nobody wants to participate in their "underwritings" or should I say..."overwritings" now that the stock is trading at $ 0.03 cents.
They should re-name the company Rollback Resources
