Right you are Copious......However, something just doesn't add up in this SF.V debacle. Why on earth does management go through the costly exercise of share consolidation, then try to do a PP with a concurrent shares for debt? Doesn't seem logical to me. I must admit....the Pres does sound like a complete buffoon (LoL) but I tend to think that he's been around the block a few times and ...more
