The investment seeks to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Solactive SoFi US Next 500 Growth Index. Under normal circumstances at least 80% of the funds total assets exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index follows a rulesbased methodology that tracks the performance of the 500 smallest of the 1000 largest U.S.listed companies weighted based on a proprietary mix of their market capitalization and fundamental factors. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the funds total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index.
