Maki, Aili M. Maki, Mark Maki and Sandra Moore, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 22 minerals claims known as the Maki property, located in the Beardmore-Geraldton area of Ontario. Total consideration consists of $200,000 in cash payments and 5,000 shares of the company as follows.
