On average categorically and historically within the junior resource sector, consolidations are often only marginally successful towards the investor side of the equation. Given the marginal development upside potentials that Clavos possesses due to its small resource model footprint which in and of itself has been responsible for the majority of the financing attraction challenges, brings with it post consolidation uncertainties which furthermore, when taking into account previous consolidation aftermaths which led back to the same conditions as existed previous to the consolidation, had "downside written all over the current scenario".
