Have waited for months for Nigel and his "team" to do what they say was going to unfold. Yet we now sit at $ .16 with a very limited audience and many looking at tax loss season around the corner. That will hurt this deal and drag out the pain. History repeats itself.

I too am very disapointed, however Sage has progressed as projected even if  the market is not listening. In the last two month the entire sector has been trashed and really solid projects are down 30-50%. In the case of Sage, it takes very little selling to move the price and it seems there are a couple of motivated sellers. Unless you are really comfortable with the story it is difficult to
