Thank you for your email. Per our Majority Voting Policy, we will promptly engage our Governance, Human Resources and Compensation Committee to take the next steps in this process. The Committee has 90 days after receiving the final voting results to issue a news release announcing its decision.

There is one very big problem with Spyglass's Governance, Human Resources and Compensation Committee taking the next step in the process, all three of the directors on the Committee; Wright, Smith and Balderston have been voted out! I would suggest that all three are presently in a conflict of interest situation as none have the confidence of the shareholders to perform most of their duties!
The only thing that Balderston and his committee can now do is to identify individuals that would be qualified to become board members and then call a Special Meeting of Shareholders to consider the new board nominees!
