RE:Haltthe properties are mainly SH$T.. buying something that produces little cash flow and has abondonment liability, is a stretch..  but maybe they got a bid.. or maybe they extended the deadline to give them more time.  Bank really does not have that many options.. but the asset is depreciating, so sometimes the sooner you pull the plug the better..
