Sale of property

Can anyone explain to me the thought process of selling a property that earns 4.9 million a year before costs gets sold for 12.3 million. Just curious is all and trying to figure out how this benefits us

thought process ? The same one that has them stumped as to whether Jesus was crucified or killed in a car wreck... These guys are not the sharpest knives in the drawer...

Wow I'm glad I got outa here, this sale is very poor for the company & one must consider it suspect legally !! Wonder why there isn't a name for the buyer ?? CNQ will pick up the pieces by Taber, after Chapter 11, they own or buy everything around there. kc
