Its over folks!

The stock will never trade again. Sadly, it wasn't just the low price for oil and gas that sank this company, the management and BOD did most of the damage early on!
Personally, I still find it hard to believe that the ASC did not impose a CTO on the stock after the shareholders voted most of the BOD out, yet the BOD remained intact!
