As shareholder of a company in North Irak Kurdistan you need pain and suffering money. I think without this payment the relationship with the Kurds would have turned sour.

When you check the Pareto presentations, you can see that the oil companies have itemized the missing payments from the Kurds.

Hopefully the other and next payments make up ground and will be on time!
