RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Look to add on any weakness

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Look to add on any weaknessMorning Jack... I'll give you my opinion...  It's tough to hold onto these jr, miners sometimes. The world is finally starting to see the problems with China being in control of "critical minerals" & are finally moving towards establishing a stable secure supply chain ESG based.

SHCMF has done an excellent job in proving out their "clean resource of REE's".  The trick to these plays is the "SEPARATION"!  There are a number of methods being developed to bring about clean separation methods & recylcling of these minerals.

Search Minerals has a proprietary separation process that is being proven out "At scale" for their site.(& for their ore body. Many sites have different ores that must be processed differently etc.) Search has been doing all this for the last 10 years. "If' this can be verified to produce the REE's into either oxides or a saleable byproduct which can be further processed. This is huge for them.

Unfortunatley Search as many of the Jr. miners with such similar projects  "NEED Gov't &  Partner/s" to get to the :Promised land of a prodcuing mine". Search is no exception & have spent @ 30 million over those 10 years just to get to the point they are at now.

Circling back to the fact that the U.S., Canada, Eurpean Union, Japan etc... is starting to put monies forward to finally help shore up this supply line. Also Private companies & M/A are taking place to help realize this problem.

USA rare earths is definatley interested in what Search Minerals has to offer. They are in collaboration with them & have made a small investment in the company & project.  They are themselves looking to go public via a SPAC placement. USARE has stated they are looking to diversify their supply chain to feed their mine to magnet stategy.

USARE is already partnered with TMRC & own 80% of the Texas based Round Top project. I strongly believe USARE is going to look to SHCMF as a "target"..."IF" Search can prove out their separation "At Scale"/

I am thinking USARE will indeed look to do a similar deal with SHCMF in time. (Please look at TMRC website & look through their news over the last 3 years)  Search has stated they need a "partner/s" to move this project forward. They also need a F.S. as well in time.

So if you have been holding shares thats fine. Jr. miners like these are tough.  I think in about 2 years time we may see a much higher share price over this time.  I've been building a small position here & intend to hold for that period of time.  I will not give you a pie in the sky price prediciton but $1.50 U.S. should not be too much of a reach IF USARE bites (& does a M/A or helps to fund project moving forward)...

Many Such Jr. miners will need to go this route. Look at UURAF, TMRC, REEMF, APPAF, & more. They are all working on Separation processes & pilot plants etc.... & all need govt. help or private funding & partnerships just to move ahead.

All the above is IMHO & please do your own DD...
