Important DevelopmentsOver the last few weeks, 2 news releases were made. One was concerning the appointment of Roger A. Van Voorhees as a Director. He was a Director at Sterling Mining and later the CEO.
The second news release stated a LOI was signed with a strategic investment group. Also there will be a substantial cash investment into the Company and additions of experienced management and board members to join the Shoshone team.
Sounds as if these folks are getting serious about getting their projects running. About time too.
