Company is offering 0.35 per share to buy and take Starcore private. Total bullshit for medium to longterm shareholders. Unless you bought your shares in the last 18 months, your profits will be meager or forced to realize losses.

People were paying over 0.30 literally 2 months ago. The miners have sold off hard the last couple of weeks. Saying they are paying this huge premium is kind of bullshit, since most of price decline in miers is coming from government interventions on the entire precious metal complex..  If your making an offer it just be a premiumn over the recent high, not the current low.
