With all the resentment here in the thread, always remember: SAM could have issued employee ( and CEO / CFO- ) options. Then no money would have come into the till....and the end result would be no different to today.

You can participate in this game and maybe even make a good profit. That's the stock market, there's no morality there, there's never been one. But you need a cool head, so it's not working at the moment.

I understand you, we all do i think. But what moorage and tootall was trying to say is that you need to calm down because we cannot change this, because we are not in the position to change. Focus on opportunities and if you really don't trust the management anymore than you could always decide to sell your shares and look for something else. But i can say this we are still in a great ...more

3 Million shares and 1.5 million warrants went to Robert Eadie and Gary Arca. The private placement was purely self serving. It greatly increases Eadie's owneship in the company and he gets the increased stake at a substantial discount to the market price (at the time of the offering). This helps him to stave off a hostile takeover and should a takeover stil occur, the substantially discounted ...more

1.) " This is not the first time he's abused his role as CEO " I also "abuse" the knowledge of the occurrence for my depot and continue to buy at approximately  $ 0.20. 2.) This helps him to stave off a hostile takeover Eadie only holds 10% (5,286,242 see below), so he can't do much with that. Sprott will own even more shares in SAM and is certainly willing to ...more

You buying shares of Starcore at 0.20 isn't abuse. Being a CEO of muliple companies and having your sole semi-successful venture pay a premium on shares to buy your other bankrupt companies is immoral and abuse.  Are we going to pick up IMINING yet? What even is that company these days. It was a resource company, then bitcoin miner, resouce company again, then ethereum staking and now ...more
