He is not a board member, at least not anyone shareholders elected. I see his shares were acquired in 2018. Likely someone moving on. Until Janes or any big fish sell, this is not a big deal ...more

I had to shave some of my position off today, to reallocate into another position. I still think this is a great buy and hold position.
