RE:RE:Independent Trustees Comment on Janes offer

RE:RE:Independent Trustees Comment on Janes offerYes, once again I am very impressed by the Independent Trustees we have working for us.  They have stuck it directly to Janes in this release, and indirectly done the same to SIr Corp.  if $4.75 is not an offer they can recommend then $3.55 certainly isn't!

I agree that we need to hear from Sir Corp now - and on a number of matters. The problem is that they have a conflict of interest that prevents them incentives keeping the lid on any good news!

The press release also indicates that
Janes is committed to working with the Independent Trustees of the Fund to seek out every
alternative that can maximize value for all unitholders, but the Independent Trustees note that Janes has not approached them in that regard.

So they (Janes) lied in their press release.....

Also it would be most helpful to unit owners if the trustees and SIR made a statement with regards to the distributions, so that they can make an informed decision. A simple ; the distributions will start as soon as Ontario reopens will go a long way.
