SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

I'm not sure what the technical definition of immunity is, but very confident we can get to a steady state of infections whch are managed by vaccines just like flu has been for years.

I'm not sure how hard the 75% of second dosage is going to be to hit, In theory, all those taking a first shot will be happy to have the second, but you're look at 95 percent of them doing so to reach the threshold. Not a lot of wiggle room there. They'll probably just ending up fudging the numbers at some point to get over the line. It's a slightly moving target anyway because people are dying daily while others are reaching the magic age of 12.
