SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

Idiotic double standard

Full house allowed at Leaf games now but not for restos or gyms? Seems like it's ok to sit shoulder to shoulder with 20,000 other strangers, many who will remove their masks to drink, eat and cheer but it is unsafe to sit in a resto with tables 6 feet apart with fully double dosed vaccinated people.

First priority to Canadians is to get hockey back at every expense (like the special exemption players got to cross the border during the playoffs during the height of the 3rd wave) and screw resto owners to the max.

Our time will come when we can fully open up, but in the meantime we just have to wait a little longer no thanks to the boneheads calling the shots.
