No one is selling

I am not sure that they are going to get the 10% they wanted.

They might get their 10% if they up the bid. $4.25 is still dirt cheap, even though they are fighting for us, they are in this to make money and will try to get it for as low as possible.

But someone said this earlier, they are probably not trying to make money, they are trying to not loose money, if they bought most of there share in 2010, they paid significantly more for the shares. If they did not put this offer out they could be forced to sell their shares at 3.55 but now with a 4.25 offer they can accumulate some cheap shares too.  thankfully for us small investors Jane ...more

In 2010 the SP is less than $10. He has collected more dividends than he have paid for the shares. He is not losing money at all. I was trying to phone my bank to find out if I can sell my 16,400 shares from one of my account to him, but my bank is slammed with phone calls. I still have 15,600 in another account which I intended to keep.
