Quebec to allow indoor gathering without distancing or masks

"The entire province of Quebec will switch to the green alert level as of Monday, the least-restrictive level under its pandemic alert system. And starting Friday, people who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to gather indoors without distancing or wearing masks."

Ontario case count at circa 250 today and steadily dropping like a stone - there seems no sensible reason not to move to Phase 2 early.  At this point, the risk of contracting a serious ilness is virtually nil.  Far more risky actually driving to the restaurant!
