Legault getting tough on the unvaccinated, who are only 10% of the Quebec population but represesent over 50% of those in the ICU. Clearly, vaccines work and we can point a heavy hand at those who, without a valid health reason, refuse to take the vaccine and are crushing our ICUs and emergency rooms and stretching out this pandemic.

Meanwhile, Ford, Ontario's leader with the largest population, as usual waits with foot in mouth until everyone else decides before making any decisions.
