Looks to me we are heading for a rollback. Thoughts

I don't think so... not at this point anyway. Management seems to have a pretty decent chunk of the float and has participated in many of the past financings while also buying on the market (can see that from the insider reports).   that should keep them aligned with the rest of us shareholders as far as rollbacks are concerned.

Medici While management does hold a fair number of shares they do not own a pretty decent chunk of the float.  Cor is the largest management shareholder and no most of his shares were not part of past financings nor were they a result of buying on the market.  As near as I can figure the bulk of his shares were compensatory shares as a result of Burro Creek Gold.  As I recall he has ...more
