If MNG have someone who is interested in aquiring a position they should arrange with holders of the wts where they can arrange a buy to exercise their wt. Someone with 100K shares and 100 k wts who are not interested in putting fresh money in can take some profit and maintain their position. There is no hold period on wt exercised shares.
Helps the company out and the potential buyer..The managment can be proactive in this situation.
Since these wts are in the money they cannot be extended. Partial wt exercise is also permitted.
Untill then it will be hard to move the share price up over the .25 level...JMHO
