Think on it logically:

If your are Covid19-positive and they say that your environment - given their are not immune! - will be quite safe from you breathing and coughing out the virus, provided some distance between two interacting humans.

Then it is consequently logic that you, if Covid19-negative, will be much more safe from the virus in the ambient air as the concentration of it there will be much less as in the other way round when the virus is in your mouth.
