Absolutely NOT, I follow your logic, but you could be catching a falling knife. Sure it sound good loading up at $ 0.03 or your stink bid of $ 0.015 but if it all goes away, it all goes away. The burn rate here has been so high. The greed in paying the brains first at the expense of the retail investor like me that is so underwater. Just don't have the confidence to load up on this sinking ship. Would have to by a boat load to get my cost to $ .12 cents.
