TLC.v Newly Minted Oil and Gas Junior...was a private Co...Just RTO'ed the old ACG Ticker.  TLC Acquired $17 Million Dollar of PRIME Assets from Compton Petroleum  Few Months Earlier befor Coming Public ...at a Discount. Should have been Priced at $34M....IMO

Anywho..from First day of Trading TLC Has Slipped into the MEGA BUY Territory !  Current Market Cap = $3M....Crazy
