RE:Slang estimates $7.9M in Q3 revenueLooking like it will be Slang's best quarter and tracking to at least $32 million in revenue over next 12 months. With a conservative 5X revenue multiple gives a share price of about $0.45.
But as President & CEO Chris Driessen indicated "...expect even greater momentum to build in subsequent quarters as our acquisitions close and we begin to recognize both revenue and profit from plant-touching operations."
So additional revenues from the closing of these acquisitions will increase the valuation. At $50 million in revenue gives a conservative valuation of $0.70/share. From a profitability perspective the company is also tracking great and looks to be heading into a positive EBITDA situation perpetually thanks to the cost savings initiatives they took on the last year.
I feel confident that the Slang team will deliver with 2021 being a fantastic year. IMO.
