Beer, I think you will be eating your words fairly soon. I didnt read all of the posts between you and milly but the 43-101 are in the process of being done and there will be a few of them out in the next several months. We are all still waiting for one from ISM I dont think it will ever happen because they would have a lot of explaining to do when it is only 1% (being generous) of what they have promised (100 million) LBE is being practical and not telling any fish stories when he say's something I believe him. As far as the financing yes he did say he didnt WANT to do any at the current prices but sometimes the big boys play games and we have to play along (your being naive if you dont think the brokers make all the rules) There will come a time when the brokers are done playing with ISM make sure you are out before then or you will be losing all of your paper profit. (it might come sooner than you think) With this latest financing LBE wont need to worry about the brokers playing with there stock (when Mcwatters is on line) as we will have enough cash flow to dictate what our share price should be and my guess is its going to be a lot higher than the current share price. Thought I would add my two cents I dont think ISM has the goods (at least not what they are talking about 50 million to 100 million tons) My prediction will be LBE will buy out ISM in about 2 years unless LBE is bought out before that Take it for what its worth.
