The listing requirements for the Toronto Stock Exchange for TSX non-exempt exploration and development stage companies includes the need for an "up-to-date, comprehensive technical report prepared by independent qualified person and 18 month projection (by quarter) of sources and uses of funds, signed by CFO."

Does anyone know what the TSX means by "up-to-date" here?
