We must accumulate as much evidence as possible. If other people have information that raises questions I invite you to share them here.

 

I strongly believe that the private placement was never executed and that Randy Miller and his assistant, Jessica Chandler, the sole owner of Compassion Cannabis, had no real intentions to do this RTO.

 

The proof is that Randy Miller never included an address for the shareholders' meeting in any of his news. This proves to me that he had no intention of doing this RTO since the very beginning.
