It's quite likely, IMHO, now that my lawsuit against the original vendor has been elevated to SUPREME COURT of BC, that the entire deal will be unraveled from the beginning. This will be a mess, and rightly so since, IMHO, Recharge (formerly LeMare Gold ) has been deceived.

The property is excellent, potentially another New Afton ...that's why I staked it !...but, that is not the problem.
