Why is this stock flat ????

Why is this stock flat ????I have been following Internet plays for awhile. Serengeti had 3 quick news releases with substance, yet the stock is trading very quietly at .14-.15. On rumor, last week it went as high as .22. One would have thought, a minimum of .25 today for sure on news. Is this a worthwhile deal ? Is there upward potential here ? Please compare it too SKG, GEM, DEJ,LAT ETC. besides the obvious outstanding shares. Comments Please !! SGD Shareholder. Best of Luck to All.
