I'll agree with you completely if the price of the shares used to settle the debt is at nine cents or higher. However, if your choice is not getting paid at all or taking some shares what would you do? If the debt is in the thousands of dollars and I'm an unsecured creditor then I'd take the shares. I the debt is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars or more and my position is secured I'd take action and not the share offering. Those are jus my thoughts.
