Things are progressing
Things are progressingSimba was very much at a standstill for about 18 months, the Ajax deal or no deal how ever you want to look at it, put us way behind. Finally management said enough, and listening to what the majors wanted, to make Simba (kenya PSC) worth a Farmout they had to defiine the resource ( more data) and that means doing the FTG survey, which has been completed. The next step is the 2d seismic. which is going to have to be done no matter what. The hope is that the FTG is enough to get us a partner and if not we'll do the 2d and that will definately do it. So in the next couple months expect an an announcement giving either the start date of the 2d siesmic or a partner or possibly both.
Some people seem to want to go on and on about what should have been done but that's not helping or going to change anything. The main thing to focus on is Simba is moving forward . You can live in the past or look forward to the future.
Also Mark gives out info as it is provided to him by management and at no time intentionally misleads anyone. Things can change from one day to the next and that's not his fault. People need to stop trying to shoot the messenger. I suggest anyone who doesn't like Marks answesr go past him and talk or email Hassan or Bob directly.
