i am inclined to agree with kjs4381 who said the following a few weeks ago.

I'm thinking that when we have a NR regarding the 2D seismic and people see that work has finally begun, the sp will start to move up.  Simba has had a number of false starts and when things finally start happening investors will be more confident. JMHO
