RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:5 cts.. Qui bono?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:5 cts.. Qui bono?this $2 million might be for liberia fee??

maybe liberia issue is about to be resolved within a few months and work will start in all front (hopefully).

when essel deal was announced on june 28 (yes, well within 1st half), there was serious misalignment.
we kinda learned about the deal first through essel website before simba hurriedly announced it as a news.

there was a major discrepancy between the two; essel included liberia in their story while simba mentioned kenya, chad, guinea only in their news without liberia.

simba was arguing that liberia would be in discussion only after the psc was awarded.
simba said essel's claim on liberia would be corrected through discussion and it has never been corrected.

lately we learned that simba and liberia would be talking soon.
simba hoped it would be resolved before the end of the year.
also, the latest quarterly report says essel will have 60% of liberia.
has simba finally condeded?

i said before that essel had the right to liberia contrary to simba's argument.
it was because the jv deal was portfolio-wise deal and liberia was included in simba's portfolio.
therefore, my argument was that essel had the right to liberia.

it seems simba finally condeded and i think it is good.
with essel behind liberia government can safely give it to simba.
previously i was wondering why liberia gov would give it to a virtually bankrupt company.
not any more.

but, still, essel will not let any work advance until liberia issue will be officially resolved and paper signed.
so, we are waiting for the 2d news, but practically speaking it will be next year that they will do any real work.

if liberia gov refuses to give to simba, i think essel might or might not walk away from simba.

if simba/essel gets liberia, work advances, then the stock price might (or not) go up and simba can raise money at higher price to solve chad issue.

but again, essel is not here for charity activity.
they are here for the whole enchilada for themselves alone.
they might drag on and on and on and on and simbe has no choice but to do series of low price pp's.
that's a sure way for essel to eat simba alive.

so, as i said before you better quietly more than double your position to get even and be ready to endure for a few more years to make some profit.

halloween continues...
