RE:Is OIL RALLYING?? OPEC ready to cut production in 2016??I just don't understand why the 2D hasn't progressed  while waiting for TSX approval of the new director.  One doesn't have anything to do with the other.  That being said I don't think we can blame Simba for the delay cause Essel is the one who is paying for it and getting  it started falls on them.  I hope this is not the way they intend to proceed with the rest of the exploration.

I'm hoping that once they finally get this sorted out they'll move forward in a more timlely fashion.  They didn't get to be as big as they are by being slow, let's hope it's just them being methodical in their approach and there is more going on behind the scenes than we are aware of yet. JMHO
