Don't think you can compare Ajax with Essel. First of all, Ajax never put out a dime towards Simba.  Essel, has put up a Bond to Kenya govt for I think its 2 million dollars.  they put in a couple million on a placement with Simba and also have a couple people from Essel   now who are directors.  They have spent money on a team of professionals to futher the Kenya blocks and bring them to the point of production once they find oil.

I think it's wrong to think Ajax and Essel are the same. I'm not happy about the SP but willing to give Essel the benefit of the doubt at this point.  They didn't become a 12 Billion dollar company by sitting on there hands.  Quite confident that when we start rolling we'll be happy with Essel as a partner.
