Re; bonafides comments bout mgmt, Simba has added 2 of the Essel execs to their board. I think this fact is missed by many here, Gagan Goel was added as Vice Chairman of the board & director in Nov/15 and Pukaj Gupta was added to the board of directors in March. And they bought nearly 40 million shares to give them some motivation? he he he

I would suggest take a look at the quarterly MD & As theres some good info in there re: outstanding PSC, etc
