Hassan was just in Kenya a few weeks ago conducting workshops.  He was answering questions and if any of these concerns were legitimate they would have come up then.  There's a few people looking to make a quit buck and hold the company up.  Simba has the government backing  and apparently Hassan is headed back to Kenya to smooth things over and get things on track.  This will not take long to correct regardless of what some people are saying.  The Governtment wants the money spent and the people want the jobs that will be created. JMHO
